Assets Femme curates vintage, pre-owned, and contemporary jewelry with thoughtful attention to presentation, quality, and wearability. Each piece is carefully inspected, cleaned, and sanitized prior to shipment.

Materials, metal types, gemstone details, stamps, hallmarks, and authenticity are described to the best of our knowledge based on available sourcing information, visible markings, testing when applicable, and seller disclosure; however, unless explicitly stated, Assets Femme does not independently guarantee or certify third-party manufacturer claims, historical provenance, or absolute material composition beyond reasonable representation.

Due to the nature of curated, vintage, and previously owned pieces, minor signs of age, wear, or historical character may be present unless otherwise specified in the product description. These qualities are often considered part of a piece’s unique history and individuality.

While we take care to thoughtfully clean and prepare each item prior to delivery, customers are encouraged to clean, sanitize, and inspect their jewelry according to their personal preferences and sensitivities before wear, particularly in cases of sensitive skin, metal allergies, or personal care considerations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Assets Femme shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, metal sensitivities, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, third-party modifications, inaccurate assumptions made beyond disclosed product details, or issues arising from post-purchase handling, wear, storage, or unauthorized alteration.
