Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with any original packaging and proof of purchase. 

As a curated collection of vintage, pre-owned, and contemporary jewelry, each Assets Femme piece is thoughtfully inspected, cleaned, and sanitized prior to shipment to ensure quality and presentation.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@assetsfemme.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Items showing signs of new wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or condition changes after delivery may not qualify for a return.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Customers are responsible for arranging and purchasing their own return shipping label unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are nonrefundable. 

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding its approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
