At Assets Femme, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail and presentation.

Please allow up to 7 days for order processing and shipment, although many orders may ship sooner depending on availability and preparation time.

CANADA:

Express Shipping: $30.00 Flat Rate OR Free for orders $1,500.00 and up • 4-10 business days


Standard Shipping: $18.00 Flat Rate OR Free for orders $500.00 and up • 7-16 business days

UNITED STATES:

Express Shipping: $50.00 OR Free for orders $1,500.00 and up • 7-16 business days

Standard Shipping: $32.00 OR Free for orders $500.00 and up • 10-21 business days

Please note we are only shipping around Canada and the Unites States at this time. 

SHIPPING RATES

We currently offer a standard flat-rate shipping option at checkout. Shipping pricing may vary depending on destination and order size.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

INSURED SHIPPING

For added peace of mind, all packages are fully insured up to $5,000.00 CAD at no additional charge. We take great care in ensuring each shipment is protected while in transit.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES 

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by:

Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Customs processing
Holidays or high-volume shipping periods
Other unforeseen transit disruptions

Assets Femme is not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, though we will always do our best to assist should any issue arise.

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Assets Femme is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.

DELIVERED PACKAGES 

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Assets Femme is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Customers are encouraged to ensure delivery to a secure and reliable location.

RETURNED PACKAGES 

Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION 

For select higher-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your package.
